The General Data Protection Law (LGPD) – Law No. 13,709/2018 – is the Brazilian legislation that regulates the processing of personal data. It came into effect in August 2020. Its purpose is to create a legal security framework, standardizing rules and practices in order to promote the protection of personal data of every individual within Brazilian territory.
 

In compliance with LGPD, Teltec Data has made the email address available privacidade@teltecdata.com so that data subjects may request updates, obtain information, delete their data, among other requests.
