Porsche Cup Brasil Digitizes Operations with Teltec Data’s Integrated Platform

System unifies race management by integrating driver data, tire management, and financial controls for 500 users.

Teltec Data has completed the first phase of ARCS (Advanced Racing Control System), a platform developed to digitalize and automate the management of Porsche Cup Brasil, the largest one-make racing championship in Latin America. The initial version of the platform was delivered in September 2025, following the start of the partnership in 2023.
The system has become the championship’s primary management environment, replacing spreadsheets, paper forms, and decentralized controls with an integrated digital operation. The solution supports dozens of operational workflows across pre-event, race-day, and post-event activities, covering areas such as driver management, contracts, financial control, tire management, technical teams, communications, documentation, schedules, damage tracking, vehicle branding, scoring, and operational monitoring.
How ARCS Works
The platform connects Porsche Cup Brasil's operations through three integrated environments: an administrative area for championship management, a web portal for drivers and engineers, and a mobile application that centralizes services, communications, payments, and operational information.
The architecture was built on Microsoft Azure using a cloud-native approach based on microservices, containers, APIs, serverless resources, and continuous observability. According to Teltec Data, the model provides horizontal and vertical scalability, high availability, and the flexibility required for continuous platform evolution.
“Every motorsport event is a highly complex operation that requires speed, accuracy, and real-time adaptability. We built a modern and dynamic infrastructure that allows us to continuously evolve the platform without disrupting operations," says Cesar Schmitzhaus, director general of Teltec Data.
Tire Management and Financial Control
Among the platform's key advancements, Teltec Data highlights tire lifecycle management, considered one of the most critical operations during race weekends. ARCS now manages the entire tire journey, from requests and approvals to storage, disposal, and usage history, providing greater visibility for both technical teams and drivers.
Financial integration is also one of the platform's differentiators. Additional charges incurred by drivers are consolidated directly within the platform, enabling detailed consumption tracking and payment processing through the mobile application itself.
“When we started the project, most processes relied on physical documents, paper forms, and decentralized controls. The mission of V1 was to solve the championship's administrative and operational challenges. Today, we have a solid data foundation and an architecture ready to evolve toward analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and new engagement models," explains Schmitzhaus.
For Dener Pires, CEO of Porsche Cup Brasil, the project represents an important step in the modernization of the championship."More than two decades ago, when Porsche Cup was created, we lived in a predominantly analog world. Since then, a digital revolution has taken place, accompanying the growth of our category. Having Teltec Data supporting us on this journey is extremely rewarding," he says.
Next Phase: Analytics and AI
With the first phase completed, Teltec Data and Porsche Cup Brasil are preparing the platform’s next analytical evolution. The upcoming phase includes the implementation of an advanced data layer based on Microsoft Fabric, enabling executive dashboards, operational indicators, analytics capabilities, and Artificial Intelligence applications.
The goal is to transform the large volume of operational data generated by the championship into strategic insights for the organization, enhancing decision-making capabilities and creating new engagement opportunities for drivers, teams, sponsors, and fans.
“V1 created Porsche Cup's digital foundation. V2 will transform that data foundation into business intelligence, paving the way for advanced analytics, gamification, and new AI-powered experiences," concludes Schmitzhaus.
