The strategic partnership resulted in an 80% reduction in security incidents, demonstrating significant gains in compliance and driving innovation with artificial intelligence.

With years of experience in the financial market and a team of 400 employees, the Vanto Bank faced critical challenges in its IT infrastructure. Gaps in access control, reliance on applications without visibility for internal communication, and the growing risk of exposure of sensitive data required a profound and immediate transformation.

In light of this scenario, the company leveraged the expertise of Teltec Data to achieve an 80% reduction in security incidents caused by human errors, a 100% increase in visibility over critical access, and a 99% gain in internal satisfaction with communication tools.

The use of Microsoft 365 solutions, automations via Intune, and advanced access policies strengthened the company's security, accelerating innovation with the use of artificial intelligence.

The search for a strategic partner that could support its national operation and was physically close led Vanto to Teltec.

"We needed a partner who understood our day-to-day operations and was accessible for face-to-face conversations if necessary. Teltec provided the security we needed to bring this project to life," says Gustavo Valente, IT Coordinator of Vanto Bank.

The transformation journey began with the migration to Microsoft 365, a package that included Microsoft Teams, centralizing chats, video conferences, and files in a more secure environment. The transition was conducted gradually, respecting the culture of the employees, as many were still accustomed to using WhatsApp for business communication.

After consolidating Teams, Teltec implemented solutions such as Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for identity management, Microsoft Intune for device control and protection, and Windows Autopilot, which simplified the configuration of all company machines, automating processes and reducing user adaptation time.

"The adoption of cutting-edge technologies was a fundamental step to enhance cybersecurity, but it was only part of the equation. Teltec showed us that, without a robust awareness policy and an internal culture that values information security, even the best systems can become vulnerable. It was essential for every employee to understand their role in this ecosystem, realizing that these changes are not just protective measures but tools that optimize work, save time, and elevate the efficiency of the entire organization," the executive stated.

The results were remarkable: an 80% reduction in incidents, a 100% gain in access visibility, and an increase in internal productivity, driven by the use of Microsoft Copilot, an artificial intelligence tool.

Furthermore, Vanto is also enhancing an internal AI agent trained with historical data to predict operational bottlenecks and risks.

"The AI already identifies patterns that humans would take days to notice, and we want to use this technology to further enhance our transformation," Valente emphasizes.

More than just technology, the project solidified a relationship of trust between Vanto and Teltec Data.

"Even during critical periods, we had immediate support for any need. It was a cultural shift with total support," the executive adds.

With the technological foundation strengthened and security reinforced, Vanto is now preparing for the next phase, which includes migrating critical workloads to Serverless environments, scalable cloud infrastructure on demand, without physical servers, and expanding intelligent automations with AI.

"What impressed us most about Teltec was that they do not sell solutions just to sell. They truly understood our maturity and adapted their communication so that everything made sense for our reality, and not simply because it was the most used solution in the market or the most profitable for them. This consultative approach focused on our needs made all the difference for the success of the project," concludes Gustavo.
